• One dreadful rainy day, Angel woke up all sore from last night’s party. She’d never stayed up so late in her entire life. She thought it would be fun to go to another night party.

    When she arrived at school she saw one of the guys from the party. She knew for a long time that she liked him and wanted to go out with him, but deep down inside of her she knew that he didn’t like her in that way

    She remembered when the old man told her “If you love someone you shouldn’t let them go”. That old man’s words were right, if you love someone from the bottom of your heart you should go and tell them and not let them go.

    As she passed by him, she looked away with a sad face “Hey.” He said. She looked up and saw a smile on his face so she smiled back. Then he ran up to her and said “I love you, I never thought that you were the perfect one for me. Will you go out with me please?” Angel was shocked and surprised that Alex would love her. “Give me a day to think about it okay?” Alright my love, I’ll be waiting for you answer tomorrow morning.

    Angel knew something wasn’t right, she envisioned something bad was going to happen some time during this week, but she didn’t know exactly what was going to happen… As she walked into homeroom she saw him “the guy that liked her in grade school” “Hey long time no see Henry” said Angel. “Hey Angel, I feel so happy seeing today but I’m not sure why?” said Henry. “Oh…” Angel hesitated. “By the way I can I talk to you after second period?” asked Henry. “Sure why not” Answered Angel. “Great see you at recess.” said Henry.

    The bell rang for homeroom. As everyone sat down, the teacher had a big announcement. Everyone’s ears were opened to listen to her. “On February 14th, the grade 11s will be having their pre-prom and you are aloud to bring a friend or a date with you but only one could come.” said the teacher. “And you mustn’t misbehave.”

    The bell rang for first period. As Angel sat down at her seat she saw a note that had her name on it. When she opened it there was no name from who it was. “Dear, Angel your sparkling eyes brightens my day. The way you talk makes my heart beat faster then ever. Your smile makes me love you even more then anything in the world…”

    Angel lifted her head up and looked around to see who gave this to her but she saw no sight of the person. When she saw the last line of the love note it said “will you go out with me, my princess?” Love prince charming. Her eyes started to blink constantly, her moth opened wide and then her hands started to tremble.

    After first period, she ran to her friend Winta. “WINTA, WINTA, I need your help!” Angel yelled. “What’s up?” said Winta softly. ”I found a love not on my desk, but I’m not sure who gave it to me though?” answered Angel. “Well, it could be Alex or Henry.” said Winta in a low sweet voice.” “Are you crazy how could it be Henry…” “Well he does like you still” interrupted Winta. “Whatever…” Angel shouted.
