• Long ago the titan, Atlas, was punished to forever heft the planet on his shoulders. It all began due to him falling in love with a woman in which Zeus was after as well. Zeus, outraged by the blatant disrespect shown to him by the titan shackled him to chains crossing the planet. Zeus had planned for the enormous weight to crush the titan so that he would have the woman to himself.

Unfortunately for the god, Atlas survived and kept the planetary burden. Yet the titan was forced to live for eternity without the woman he loved. In his lonely and dark cell of a life he slowly grew madder and madder. All his days were filled with the despair of losing the woman he loved and anger at the god who imprisoned him.

Atlas, finally insane, was determined for revenge and forlorn for his lost love. He knew he would one day get revenge on his captor. Day after day he attempted to raise the earth, and with each day he achieved a little more success.

One day as he was gaining leeway with raising the earth he heard his name. "Atlas.." Came the silky voice of his long lost love. Startled he began to listen close, and once again it came, "Atlas, I am here... Come to me, my love..." That was when he saw her, his lost love! Slowly he put one foot in front of the other, all of those days of training were paying off!

Finally he was running away from the sun, and towards his love in the distance. As he ran towards her the burden upon his shoulders became colder and colder. After six months of chasing his beckoning love, she disappeared! Then he heard her once more, she was back in the direction where he had started! Now, Atlas is trapped in a constant illusion from his tormented insanity, running too and from the sun every six months.
