• The day is 12 December, 1612, and it is a cold, winter night. Her name is Elizabeth Pierson, and she is 13 years old. She lives in London, with her parents. She is rich , beautiful, famous, and, somehow, sad. The reason for her sadnes, is that her father, Samwell Pierson, does not allow her to marry her love, Jack Smitherson.
    Why? beacuse he is poor. He lost all his money in gambling. But that doesn't stop Elizabeth from loving him, now does it ?
    So, they both agree to run off , and live in Italy, with a friend of Jack, Jonathan,for some time. What they did noy know, however, was that Elizabeth's father was stalking, them, and intended to kill Jack, as soon as they arrived in Italy.
    After they got in Italy,and in Jack's friend's house, they decided to take a break, and sleep, for they had been traveling for weeks.
    Little did they know, that Samwell had paid Jonathan, quite some money, to kill Jack, as soon as he arrived there.
    Then, at midnight, Jonathan climbed the stairs, to Jack, and Elizabeth's room, and opened the door. This however, had awakened their sleep, and they both were surprised, when Jonathan was there, holding a knife, ready to strike at any moment.
    Even though Jonathan had a knife, Jack quickly dodged it and somehow, the knife stabbed the heart of the person next to Jack. It stabbed Elizabeth. the fight had also awoke the one of the maids, who immediately rushed to the room, and saw everything that had appened.
    After realising that she could not watch such a murder, and do nothing, she took one of the horses, and told everyting she saw to Samwell, who was nearby, and who she once worked for.Samwell got quite a shock , once he realised his mistake, and threatened to have Jack arrested , and eventually, executed, would he not kill himself, and Jonathan. But Jack could not kill his childhood friend, and so Samwell Had him sent to jail, and have his head cut off by the guillotine, in the town's plaza.
    Before he was killed, he said that he did not love Elizabeth, and instead, was planing to kill her, and keep all of her money, once they got married.
    Elizabeth's spirit, who was in Heaven, heard this, and immediately descended down to earth, and told everyone that after he would die, his spirit would wander the earth, until the end of time.
    She then returned to her rightfull place Above, and saw Jack's head being cut off by the guillotine, and his spirit being "free" from his body, doomed to walk the earth forever.
