• I hugged my knees, watching my breath curl through the cold air. He had left me, alone, even though he promised not to. I shook my head, promising myself to get over him. Hopefully, all my misery would end, considering I was in a room, by myself, with no food or water. I didn't even know where I was.

I was so stupid. Why didn't I look out the window when he was driving. I could only look at him. His stupid, glorious face, his crystal eyes...

"WHY?"I screamed, pounding my fists against the floor. I heard a crack and pain shot through my hand. Tears started to roll down my cheeks, smudging the make-up I had started to apply. I fell against the wall and my head pounded. I opened my salt drenched eyes and looked at my prison cell. A flickering lightbulb, a cracked and smudged mirror. The ground was stone, cracked and jutting out in odd places.

I stood up, wobbling and tripping. I hobbled to the mirror, wanting to grab a shard of the glass. My hand reached out and was cut open from the sharp glass. I raised it and everything went black.
