• “Crazy people”

So, it’s 9:00 in the morning, a morning just like every other. Waking up to the smell of Morphine and other drugs used to put the “crazy” people to sleep.
I glanced around; next to me there was an empty bed. From what I hear, it won’t be empty for long. It’s rumored by one of the Doctors that a girl is being “committed” here for the time being.
I couldn’t really tell which was worse while I waited to know if the rumor was true or not, the smell of the drugs or the fact that I could use my IV band to penetrate my, already scarred, wrist.
    “Maybe…”
I thought about it, but then I decided to wait.
    Breakfast might be good today.
