• My Love, My Vampire

Fall into my nightmares, right into my misery.
Your wish is my command; therefore your soul will belong to me.
You watch the time pass, while you’re just waiting impatiently for me. The sun disappears beyond the woods and you’re still waiting, thinking that I’ve probably forgotten all about you.
Just as you were about to stand, you look up and see me standing in the shadows of the big, tall trees.
First you jumped not knowing it was me, then wondered why I look so pale, but yet still so beautiful.
You call out my name and in a flash I’m standing right before you. You blink in sudden amazement. When you held my hand, you noticed that I was as cold as ice, and you shivered from the coldness that comes off of me.
You ask what happened to me as you can see the drops of blood on my shoulder. And gasp as you can see the bite marks on my neck that’s quickly healing.
I looked deeply into your eyes as my eyes changed to a blood red color, and my smile widens to show my teeth.
Razor sharp fangs slid down, as I can sense your fear, hearing your heart beating faster and smelling the blood flow through your every vein.
It’s like I can almost taste it.
You grasp the red roses tighter in your grip that you start to bleed from the thorns that pierced through you skin.
What a bad choice you have made, because now I’m dying of thirst, dying to taste your sweet warm blood.
Just watching you tremble with fear excites me.
You start to step backward from my presence, and you turn around to start running into the darken woods trying to get away from me.
Still running, not caring if the branches tear pieces of your shirt.
Trying your hardest not to scream.
You’ve roamed far enough to think that I could possibly have lost you.
You’ve fallen down with exhaustion and fear.
Few seconds later you jump up, after hearing my whispers flow with the wind.
From the darkness I prance out, while you hold your breath with sudden fear.
I twirl around you prancing about, until you make your move of running away.
A silent adorable giggle shot out of my mouth, then I slowly walk after you.
I start to hum an unknown lullaby, no matter how far you are you can still hear it.
Stumble and fall, cuts and bruises all this for trying to get away from me.
Once you’re out of the forest, you fall down to the ground so tired, so scared.
Taking deep breaths to try to calm down, closing your eyes and thinking, “This is just a dream, she can’t be a… vampire.”
“Yes, I am, and this isn’t a dream.” I whisper into your ear. You jumped up feeling like your heart is going to explode because it’s beating so wildly and out of control.
Screaming out, “No don’t do this! Please don’t do this… what happened to you? How did you turn into… into this?” I’m standing still starting to look like a normal human being. “I… I have no idea…” In my mind the memories, pain and the images of how I turned into a vampire pop into my mind. “I’m sorry.” the words came out of me.
I close my eyes and you came near me, hugged me not remembering I was still a vampire. My eyes turn into a blood red color then in less then a second and in a blink of an eye a painful sting in your neck, and you noticed that my razor sharp fangs penetrated into your neck, now bleeding and in so much pain. Your last words you spoke, “Why?”

You slowly wake up, feeling numb, wet, dizzy and cold. Wondering what happened, then you remembered me. You quickly sat up and glanced around.
Finally you spot me, sitting on a log staring up into the dark sky, covered in blood. You glanced down at your shirt and noticed your covered in blood as well, then touched your neck feeling two bite marks that is wet. You look at your hand and see the blood that was from your neck and gasped.
You look back at me and now you can see me sitting next to you.
“What happened?” you asked. “I turned you into a vampire…I…almost killed you. But luckily since there is still a human part of me…I stopped myself, because of this silly human feeling for you.” I giggled.
You smiled and whispered from shyness, “It’s okay… I love you.” I smile so hard and looked into you eyes, “I love you too.”
“I don’t want to be in this world forever.”
You look at me shocked and confused. “because we’re vampires?”
“Yes, and I don’t want to hurt anymore people.” I answered while looking down into the water seeing nothing but the reflection of the moon slowly falling down behind the mountains and stars.
“Time is running out, the sun will rise soon.” I whispered sadly.
Both of us were quite for a while then you broke the silence by saying, “Do you remember the place when I first asked you out? Don’t you think that well be a good place to watch the sunrise?”
    I smile weakly, “Yes.”
We walked to the place we first started dating, hand in hand and sat down looking up into the sky, waiting for the sun to rise.
It was the most unexplainable beautiful sunrise that ever came up from behind the mountains; I guess it was because of the power of love.
Sitting there holding each other tightly in horrible pain burning under the wonderfully pretty rising sun, and smiling while we whispered, “I love you.” Before we both turn into ashes, then our ashes dance in the flow of the wind over the mountains, and the woods along the colorful beautiful sunrise.

    THE END.
