    Chapter 3
It was not the BattleStars, the Assault Cruisers, or the Revelation Drones that were the UCCPE’s best weapon; it was the 1st United Church
    -Nightmaren Historian OrcA

Bernard Van Crux looked around the table at the new CEO’s of the various companies in the UCCPE, Bernard was unarguably the oldest one, at 56, him and the IFU Boss were the last of the glorious old rulers, who still ruled, but through their 20-something year old sons and grandsons, who both disliked the loss of power their elders experienced and, via the 1st United Church, were zealots on perusing the end of the Refuge. These children are not fit to be rulers! Much less Generals! He declared in his mind, of course, there were two of the young ones that were capable, but they were the founders of Leonardo and the Kyi Group, the two youngest corps in the ‘CPE, and were wicked smart, but got in trouble for their views repeatedly. Lastly the UEC head walked in and the ‘war meeting’ got started.
“Nightopia has been secured.” Stated the Revelation CEO flatly, to mixed cheers.
“Ah, but what of the commandeering of the Babylon, hmm?” countered Bernard.
“It was one carrier, I have no worry” replied the Star Tech CEO in a snide fashion.
“Now, we need to take another world from these heathonous Refuge!” commanded the Revelation CEO “We must take Arcadia!” he cried to another barrage of cheers, “Now, my fleets, and the fleets of the UEC move to blockade Arcadia, after a few months they will come to know the truth!” he finished; but there was no cheer, only a slamming sound as Leo, the CEO of Leonardo, pounded his fist against the table,
“Dammit! This is WRONG!” he yelled, “Arcadia has a population of one trillion, to blockade the planet is an act of genocide!” he finished,
“I must agree” stated Ami, the head of Kyi Group, “the Kyi Group was founded on the principle of peace, we cannot pledge funds that end in billions of deaths” she finished.
“Need I remind you of how you two must compose yourselves in our presence!” cried the Rev CEO, “you may be powerful, but you are young! Do not forget that, we know how to handle these heretics!” he finished in an even louder tone.
“And genocide is the answer!” countered Leo
“How should we handle this threat!” replied the Rev in a quizzical manner
“We could actually fight a war” whispered Bernard to the IFU boss, who chuckled.
