• I sat in silence pretty much the whole time I was at lunch. Just observing how they joked and answered questions when asked. I kept feeling Kelsey's eyes on me. I mainly blocked her thoughts. I didn't want to know what she was thinking about me. Nate had a quiet but kind mind and never thought a whole lot about me, so he was easy to ignore. Cyndi and Jack, though, were the loudest and most open. Jack was they type of person who if he thinks it he would say it but he would also think about how someone would react if he said it. He was very kind, thoughtful. Mike gave me a look as I thought this.
I know. I was amazed at his mind too, Mike grinned and I glanced at him from the corner of my eye.
You could say that again, I said smiling shyly.
Cyndi was like Jack in the kindness way. There were some thoughts she would never say but that's only because she would be to nervous to say that type of stuff. She was also very observant. She asked me about why I moved schools, so of course, I blush and start to mumble my made up story.
"You don't have to tell me if you don't want too," she said with a slight smile, reaching her eyes.
    "Thanks," I said, smiling back.
The bell rang then and we got up.
"So where's your next class?" Mike and Cyndi asked at the same time. I looked at both of them trying not to laugh.
"I asked first!" Cyndi said. Smiling in Mikes face.
"Uh... NO! I did. Besides I'm the oldest!"
"By one minute! Will you drop it? Grr...."
I looked back and forth between the two of them, confused as ever. Jack came up behind me as they kept bickering.
"Didn't Mike tell you? Cyndi and him are siblings. Twins to be exact. Don't worry they are always like this," he grinned and then chuckled.
"Oh, well then, since they're busy could you direct me to my next class?"
    "Sure."
He took a look at my schedule and laughed out loud.
    "What?"
"Well, you have Chemistry A. With me, Cyndi, and Mike!" He laughed again, louder.
"What?" Mike and Cyndi broke out of their bickering to face us.
"I'm in Chem with you guys," I said slowly.
"Are you implying that I can't keep up with you?" Mike said.
"No, I'm implying that if you two would keep your sibling rivalry at your house, you'd be way ahead of the curve ball here," I started walking the way that I thought was the science hall.
    "Uh, Cassy?"
"Don't you guys want to go to Chem?" I called over my shoulder.
"Um, yea but it looks like you don't want to," Cyndi called back, sticking her tongue out at me.
    "Huh?" I paused.
"The science hall is this way," Jack said, walking over to me and grabbing my wrist and towing me back the long hall to Mike and Cyndi. He seemed to get tired of towing me and picked me up hugging me around my waist to his chest.
A round of laughing started from the people around me. Apparently this isn't out of character of Jack. That or they were laughing at my sudden flush of red on my face.
When we got back to Mike and Cyndi they were laughing at my face.
"Let's go to Chem already. Not laughing at my inability to know where I am," I said as we started walking, laughing.
Then I wondered, What would happen if Cyndi and Jack knew?
