tab tab The date is September 11, 2011 and T-11 hours ago, the Evolution Particle Completion Tank, or Epcot, melted down in Disney, Orlando, Florida. In this facility, scientists studied humans and tried to make a super human. The experiments failed horribly and the facility leaked high radiation in a concentrated area which mutated the superhumans into highly reactive zombies. The alpha zombie excaped and all description on this personell was lost. Many zombies were though the Alpha after that so the remaining sceintists made a map to show where the Alphas are.
tab tab However, a second explosion occured and that map was lost somewhere in Disney. We did not have time to search for this map so we fled north but we are still in Disney holding fort at a small hotel called the Polynesian on the oppsite side of the lake.
tab tab These explosions of radiation are also creating interdimentional rifts that let normal humans access abnormal powers. These rifts are equaly placed across the globe and the whole world is experiancing a supernatural zombie apocolypse. God save them all.

    Chapter One

tab tab It was early in the morning in the middle of October when a loud crash woke Ned from his sleep. Ned reached over the side of his bed and grabbed pulled out a shotgun from underneath and slowly advanced down the stairs to the living room. He loaded the gun and wearily turned each corner. In his kitchen was a fleshless beast eating a turkey. Ned turned his head sideways and beat the creature in the head with the butt of his gun. Opening the door, the light peirced Ned's eyes. When his eyes adjusted to the light, he quickly realized that he was surrounded by a horde of zombies.
tab tab Ned started at a trot and then broke into a sprint as the zombies chased after him. Ned then whipped out a garage opener key. He pressed the button as he ran towards his garage. Ned stopped opening the garage when a little slit was open at the bottom. Ned dropped and slid into the crack, nearly decapitating himself in the process.
tab tab As Ned caught his breath, he turned and flicked the swich and light filled the room, reavealing an armored van. Chuckling, Ned entered his car and started the ignition. Flooring the pedal, he flew through the door of the garage and ran over all zombies in his path.
tab tab He made for the road, heading south. When he made it on the road, he sped at 90 down the road deserted of all cars. Ned tried for a radio station but none would start. Good thing I got this car jacked up before this. He thought.
tab tab Ned suddenly slammed on the breaks. His car came to an abrupt stop before a young girl looking around the age of either 16 or 17 by the look of her outfit. The girl was wearing a black short skirt with a blue school jacket on. Her hair, blonde with a few blonde streaks in it. The girl waved at Ned in his car and started to walk off. No, I must try and save her. . Ned thought carefully.
tab tab Jumping out of his car, Ned ran over to the girl and took her by the arm. "Come with me girl. You are in a grave danger."
tab tab "Get away from me stranger!" She tried to pull away and she looked over Ned's shoulder and saw the danger. She screached louder than any banshee could ever and proceeded with Ned into the armored car. She sat in the passenger's seat as Ned ran to the driver's side and took off at high speeds down the deserted road.
tab tab In about thirty seconds the zombies were far behind them and they were safe for the moment. Ned knew that next came the uber long line of questioning. He was right, the girl racked off questions out the wazzoo like "What the hell was that?" or "Who are you?" and "Where are we going?"
tab tab The one question that provoked Ned to answer was, "Are you a ******?"
tab tab Ned snapped. "I just saved you pretty little a** back there alright?! And that is what you have to say to me after I saved you from becoming zombie chow?" The girl stopped chatting but Ned continued, "what's your name?" He asked.
tab tab "Elliot, but what's it to you?" She answered, "but what's it to you?"
tab tab "So when you die, I know who I am going to kill." Right away, Ned knew that was not the thing he should have said. Elliot curled up into a ball in her seat, tucking her knees to her chest and started crying. "Hey. ."
tab tab She kept crying. "Hey. .Elliot. .I'm sorry, I didn't mean that." He tried to make up to her, "I am going to keep you safe, it's just I have a lot to think about, what to do and where to go to keep you safe. I am going to keep you safe, as long as you are with me, you will be safe."
tab tab "Y-you mean it." She sniffled out.
tab tab "Yes, I mean it, I will keep you safe as long as I may live." That made Elliot smile.
tab tab As soon as Ned turned the van onto the highway, Elliot fell asleep and less signs of the breakout of zombies were evident. The sun started to set and Ned started to try and find a good place to rest. Just as he thought of that, a sign approached them. It read 'Rest Stop, twenty miles'. How conveinent. Ned thought.
tab tab Ned looked over at the innocent girl who was curled into a ball in the seat next to him. I am the only thing holding this girl from the evil out in the world. I am the Alpha, and the Omega. The begining and the end.
