• She had the same agonizing face that Mother did.
    People were witness to her excruciating, awful struggling - and all to just finally die
    Dying is surely not living. At that moment I realized that fact.
    You'd have to see it for yourself, but she didn't know what she'd wake up to in the morning.
    Nor what she'd find in the mirror or if she'd even see herself there anymore.
    This is what she goes through day in and day out.
    My father who performed the procedure on her...
    Never have I seen him so afraid of being right.
    But at that moment he turned to me and told me,
    "You don't follow through on your dreams, then you might as well be a vegetable"
    So, that's what he just did...he followed through.
    For the longest I've struggled to accept that he dreamed to die
    But time makes it easier now to say, he dreamt being with my mother no matter the price of admission.
    Since then I've been so alone and lost.
