the one who used to listen
the one who used to care
the one who gave advice
the one who gave back
the one who used to keep in touch
the one who let me cry on her shoulder
the one who let me stay over night
the one who i could count on
but it seems not anymore
the one who i never see anymore
the one who lost me over and over
the one who used to stick up for herself

I'm the one who listen's when your sad
I'm the one who still cares
I'm the one trying to help, the one giving advice still
I'm the one who continues to give
I'm the one who try's to keep in touch even though there is no answer on your end
I'm the one who lets you cry on my shoulder
I'm the one who offers a place for you to come stay
I'm the one who offers your company here with me but gets turned down
I'm the one you can count on
I'm the one who never see's you anymore
because when I try you are never there
I'm the one who lost you but keeps trying to keep you
I'm the one who sticks up for you when you can't

I can connect with you right here. I have a friend too, and she is boy crazed and she has just changed. I guess we still hang out, but it's different. She is like a stranger. I guess i'm trying to wait it out.
