• It's true.

A lot of people think that if you don't fear death that makes you strong; That you don't fear that which is inevitable. Since you don't fear death you can do everything with confidence; That everything you do is sure to work and be fun and worry free.

This is never really the case.
Not fearing death makes you a fool.

You don't jump harder off the ground to reach that branch that will save you from falling to your death.
You don't move faster to get out of the way of that car.
You don't hold on tight enough to the rope that is keeping you from falling into that lake of alligators.

Then they say they love their life, but obviously they didn't because they didn't fear death even a little to try and stop it from ending.

If you don't fear death you give up easily, you don't try as hard, you don't have that extra jolt to make you keep going.

    Fearing death makes you stronger.

You move a little faster, jump a little further and higher, hold on a little tighter, think a little faster.

Fearing death to save your life.
Fear death to make precious memories.
Fear death to live as long as you can.

Fear death for your friends and family.
