• Description: I used some poetic devices such as:1.Oxymoron:a phrase consisting of contradictory terms2.Paradox:a statement that at first appears contradictory, but contains truth3.Repetition:the repeating of a phrase for emphasis4.Rhyme:placing of words with similar end sounds at the end of lines5.Simile:comparison of two unlike objects using "like","as"6.Metaphor:comparison of two unlike objects using "is"
  Hopefully the theme is straight forward since I put great amount of effort in this poem. ENJOY~ =D

What is love?
it is like a venomous candy.
Sweet death,
not to be tasted.

What is love?
it is like an absent appearance.
Leaving arrival,
not to be perceived.

What is love?
it is a wise form of stupidity.
Foolish wisdom,
not to be tested.

What is love?
it is the most peaceful war.
Ended opening,
not to be started.
