Do I look happy,
Do I look glad,
Can you see me,
Behind my facade?
Did you feel me tremble,
When I felt your touch,
Can you see my soul,
Covered in tears?
You think you know,
You think you understand,
What is it that you know,
Have I been that careless?
Have I slipped that far,
For you to know,
For you to truely see,
Is it desturbing,
Let me know,
For I've forgotten me.

Good emotion, yes. And the idea is good. But, spelling and grammar needs to be fixed... and you need a few more question marks than you have.
