• The young bride to be,
Was getting ready for all eyes to see.
    Her makeup was done perfectly,
    Her hair was made beautifully.
She was ready to get married to the man she loved,
A man she thought was the perfect one.

    The music started to play,
Every one stood and turned to see the beautiful bride.
The crowd was in awe at the glamorous sight,
So beautiful it gave them a fright.
As she took small steps forward,
Her long white veil trailed on the rose petaled ground.

    The chapel door swung open,
But the groom was no where to be found.
His best man gently pulled at her arm,
Then whispered something in her ear.
Something she couldn't bear to hear,
Tears rolled down her face and stained her white wedding dress,
And her grand bouquet of white roses dropped to the floor,
When she heard that her lover was no more.
