• I.

The moon rose with the smell of red wine

Only to have its majesty subdued

By the sound of the crying

From the tears of the stars

Though the damp darkness keeps me warm

The fugue at the hour of twilight

Carries back the memory of touch

While the haunting melody hangs on the breeze

    II.

    It rains now

    With wishes colored grey

    I aborb the bittersweet anticapation

    The burden of disapointment

    Ever heavy

    Wears me down

    Only bone-bitting winds caress

    Keeping me to my course

My sheltter is in the half-truths

    Found in common deceptions

The great house for every man

    The commfort for everyone

    III.

    The wood at dusk

    Calls me to the dance

    Enfolds me in the embrace

    With a hymn

That came from the light of her eyes

But my sins hold me back

    From returning to peace.
