• WALK AWAY
My heart is broken for what you have done.
I gave you my soul, you gave me a glare.
I gave you my spirit, you gave me a shrug.
I gave you a thought; you turned around and ripped up my hope.
I say a word filled with love and joy, you crush my joy and butcher my love.
I saw a trail of broken dreams smashed to bits wheezing like dying animals trying to lift their clipped wings as blood flowed down their lips and turned into ice upon the floor.
I gave you my tears you turn around and caress my cheek soothing with loving words. Then you take my heart and ripped it from my chest you grimace as you squished it in your hand as blood flowed down your wrist you drop it carelessly. Then you turn and look at my tear streaked face and with a smile in your eyes you finish me off with three sharp words that slit my throat and left an everlasting hole in my heart and a scar on my soul.
I hate you! There my body collapses there, I breath my last, there I watch my hands twitch and scrape gasping for air as they drown in a pool of blood and tears there as my eyes go limp, I watch you walk away.
