The Cross

• Description: OK so in english we had to make a poem that was shaped like a picture. I made mine in the shape of a cross. My teacher said it was really good and really original... and let me tell you she's stict about our homework. Please don't critisize (hope I spelled that right) me about the fact that I'm a Christian. Just tell me what you think. Please leave nice comments. Constructive critism appresiated.

The savior hangs
upon the cross,
clothed in rags
and a crown of
thorns. He died
for us to take our sins so that we could live
enternaly in heaven forever. The lord is my
god and my father in heaven, he is my sav-
ior.If he hadn't died for me to take my sins I
I would never be able to see christ one day.
Christ is my sav-
ior and I thank
him every day
for what he did
for me. Thank
you lord. I give
you praise. For
you died to save
me. Thank you

I get the whole religion thing... but it is a little overplayed in poems, to be truely original you would need a better topic.
