Warm bright morning spring sun
Shines on a sea of green clovers
On the hills of Ireland.
The last of the nightly stars fade from the morning sky.
Waves crashes on the side of the cliff like mad
As if they were fighting to get over the edge
And down to the sleepy little town in the valley below.
Early morning dew sparkle from their place of the grass
Like tiny diamonds even in the fog that blankets the land in the early hours.
The birds morning song wakes the sleepy little valley town.
All too soon lonely dirt roads will be fill with children playing along their way to school..
By shop keepers opening their shops.
By fisher men heading down to the docks.
Just another Irish morning.
