after you've read this
i'll have long been dead
though i know it's something
that i said

i'd never do
no matter what
but this feeling
in my gut

says life has nothing
left for me
and my eyes are now open
i truly see

death is now
my only choice
for i walk through life
with out a voice

no way to find help
when i need it
though countless times
i've begged and pleaded

if they don't here my voice
maybe they'll here the gun
i'll pull the trigger
and it will be done

my answers lie
beyond this place
so i'm sorry but
if that's the case
i'll leave here now
with out a trace
ending it all
with this gun to my face

Oh my god. A poem about suicide from a nonsuicidal standpoint. Never seen that. No. Oh my gosh. Really. That's an original thought. Totally.
