Tragity is the first step,

Something bad happens in life,

For me it was my parents divorsing,

Tragity leads to despair,

You think nothing will ever be right,

For me it lasted a long time,

Despair leads to silence,

You almost never talk,

For me that lasted even longer,

Silence leads to darkness,

You almost never talk,

You almost never smile,

Once you fall to darkness,

There is no going back,

Trust me,

I know

This has a strong voice and you speak about the topic openly. Some times it helps to express your feelings through images in stead of explanations, though. It sucks to relive the very scenes of the worst parts of your life, but those are what make you into the person you are. I really hope I don't sound offensive.
