• A light I threw to my eternity,
A glow, burnt vast and again bright,
Every part of ones mind, ones body, ones soul,
Poured from the chambers of my deepest dungeons,
And leaked across the glistening tear stained floor,
For you to walk, to slip on by -
    Unnoticed, Untouched -
    Leaving me with but nothing,
    Nothing but, to question why

Like a plague, you swept through here with lies and deceit,
I was left there kneeled, shameful to have then bowed at your feet,
The words leave the fall and seem worthless once more,
I gave it to you, everything I had within me to offer,
Blindly you ripped through me, everything tenaciously tore

I had two weapons, in left hand, in right,
Who would believe I'd defend against light,
I held to them with perseverance, with strength,
I drew once more a silent breath, taken with me to length

For now to me clear, as if visor now lifted,
Given green eyes to see, through your deceit I've now sifted,
And I ask you to be there, your presence still felt,
The card of fate I'd received, sadistically dealt

Potentially something new, and no longer you,
Looking eternity in eye's, my spirit never dies...
My two brothers at side, with arms open wide,
    Welcoming, loved, trusted and pleasant,
No longer the idle uncertain peasant,
We've all left it behind, and together go on,
Once again I shall tell you,
Your last light has now shone

Like faded claustrophobia, and to think it all gone
    I rest easy, relaxed, calm...
    My emotion in own hands,
My peace taken back from your quick hastened palm,
Light's out, sweet darkness, your light it's last shone,
    I have a new beginning,
    I've decided to move on,
I will be fine, it shall be great,
And paid a visit again, my definite friend,
    I named him Fate.
