• Vampire

    Stone-cold flesh,
    Snow white porcelain.
As smooth as my soft, clear tears.
Pale as if the sun never reached you.

    Piercing sharp eyes,
    Without evidence of innocence,
    Forsaken for an unwanted past.
    Longing for death.

    A face stained,
    By many loves lost.
    The tears,
    Engraved in your cheeks.

    Cruelly embracing,
With a touch that freezes my skin.
    Lifeless and apathetic,
Why must I still cling to you?

    It is so blatantly obvious,
    But I still can't see.
    You really aren't a vampire,
It's just, you never loved me.
