Wake up. Sun's up. This coffin you sleep in.
I can only wish you awaken when the priest says "Mourning".
It is morning, my love, but you're not in this bed with me. Nor is your corpse.
Wake up. Give up. The ground that you sleep in.
I can only wish you awaken when I say I'm sorry.
I am sorry, my love, but I do not feel remorse. You are gone. I know nothing will change that.
I am happy in the morning. I am happy in my mourning.

- I will admit, I actually like this poem aside from my own and Emilie Autumn's poetry.

- Very nice, very abstract, and happily macabre.
