• Crystal shards and colourful pills
One action can end my life, and how easy it is
Knocks on a locked door, screaming, voices fading
A crimson rush, falling softly to the ground
A desperate cry, waning release,"Leave me! I can handle this!"
This pain is'nt real, its all in your head they would say
    And yet they scream
As they watch my pain trickle red on white carpet
My mouth is dry, my saliva like rust
Random words pour out at the feet of my mother
Describing my pain, voicing the hurt
And all she says is,"How on earth am I going to get that mess out of the carpet,Melanie?"
