The day you hold my hand
will be the day i fall for you
over and over and over again.
The day you hug me will be
the day i will look into you eyes.
The day you ditch me will
be the day i die again.
The day you kiss me i will rise
and come alive again.
The day you tell me im beautiful
will be the day i love you again

not bad, i like it. however, i think you should change 'ditch' to a different synonym. it kinda killed the rest of it.
