• Lore to myth in the eyes of time
Yet this fable never once came to subside
Inching to tear through reality's blind try
Our seductive eyes of mystery held steady by lies
But, of course, to be discovered a crime
As scarce as life came to be
The impressive chime of death sent cringes up their spines
We speak, of course, of the few left Children of the Night
Those of famous yet infamous prophecy, true yet few
The myth society loves yet fears as though they are to be slew
In darkness our legacy has crept
In darkness we are to be kept
For years we held alone as cries fell with tears
    Tell of a creature appeared
Thus far through tragic swept lands reaching deaf ears
    Then like wild fires,
The imagination of the world's population surprised
Spewing forth more lores to become legend to myth
A fable that has never came to subside
As reality tore through our protective lies
Our impishly seductive grins held steady by night
Alas not discovered, but redundently tried
Appearing to them our lives became to scarce to see
If not a myth or apparently extinct
As if the impressive bell of death rang
Upon the few left Children of the Night
Those of the famous yet infamous prophecy, true yet few
The myth society loves yet fears as if they were slew
