When the moon beams come alive
And dance upon silky Christmas tides
When the snowflakes dance and sing
Sweet harmonies upon the trees
I hear the secrets they do tell
Of merry blessings everywhere
When the Nutcracker comes to see
Sugarplum fairies dance gracefully
When the waters turn to ice
A diamond-like frosting of delight
He dreams to come to life some day
So he can love and then to say:
"Peace and Love is in our hearts
It's that Joy that Christmas parts
So bellow out your songs of praise
That Christmas Day is soon to raise!"
