She stands there,
None by her side.
She's hurt there,
And she tries to make it hide
She walks there,
Still none by her side.
Still hurt there,
Trying to make it hide.
She jogs there,
One following behind.
Still hurt there,
Almost done trying to make it hide.
She runs there,
One running at her side.
Still hurt there,
Done forcing it to hide.
She stops there,
One holding her in his arms.
Not hurt there,
Nothing to up against, bear arms.
They walk there,
Hand in hand.
Not hurt there,
She smiles now; she knows she can.
