Darkness thats all I could see.
I was running to you, I was lost.
The woods around consumed me.
I couldn't see. No light at the end this time.
My life was ending.
Your laugh was echoing in the distance.
I felt the coldness come around me.
The color of my skin turned grey.
My eyes were no longer blue but, golden.
My hair was black and long.
I was not me, I was what you wanted me to be.
I was no longer able to make choices.
You control, abuse, hate, love, and fear me.
Your eyes are in my newly formed nightmares.
My life has ended. I was no longer human.
It was your bite which has transformed me.
I'm not a monster, I'm my own. I'm art and death.
I'm life and Creation.
Believe in me as I did you.
You will see, that revenge is what came over me.

I like how the emotions jump, it's a creative insight into that transformation. Good poem!

This is a very good poem, but it seemed to switch emotions a bit quickly, from one, to another, then back. I don't write poetry, so just take this at face value. I did like the poem, however.
