Please forgive my wrongs for I am but a fool
Please forgive my rights that make others look so cruel
Please forgive me for trying to be just what you wanted of me
And also please forgive me for not really being me

I know I lied to many times
And never really could see
How much hurt I put you though
Even though it was daily

I never cried so hard before
Once I had seen what I had done
And I never once loved you more
When I had lied next to none

I wish that I could rewind time
And try with you again
Then I wouldn't be writing this
And crying for my wrongs
