What is a mother's love?

What is a mother's love?
Is it the desire to be near you every time you scrap your knee? Is it the need to be close to you when ever you fall, just to pick you back up?
Is it that warm and glowing feeling you feel when she hugs you and tells you she'll protect you from harm as long as she lives?
Tell me what is it?
Is it that extra cookie she gives you when daddy isn't around?
Is a mother's love that sense of security and happiness you feel when she holds you?
I'm not sure, but I do kno this:
A mother's love is taken for granted. A mother's love is never questioned. It is long lasting and never ends. So if she were to vanish, her love would still be there.
But..... What is a mother's love?
