I sit here all alone
With nothing but my mind
My thoughts screaming loud
My heart weeping tears
Yet I can't even understand
Why you break my heart
You hurt me so bad
I just cry anymore
My love for you
Keeps me vulnerable
I wish I could escape
I hate this feeling
I give my heart to you
Just for you to rip it out
You don't understand
How much you keep hurting me
Soon my blood will be on your hands
And I will be but a memory
Of a girl who loved you so much
And you killed her heart
Now she is dead to the world
With one regret
That she ever dared
To give her heart away

Although I absalutly love heartbreak poems...this was not a poem at all. I could not feel,hear,or even sence a rythem. There where no rhymes. And the first letters dont virticly spell anything. I like it and all..... but I would NEVER have thought to put this in an arena titled POETRY & LYRICS. I like it.....BUT NOT AS A POEM. 3/5 a little tweaking and it'll be better. Keep on goin.
