• Poem: Speak your mind
    By: Kit Katy

My eyes watch your limber tongue,
As you stir away from pressured tones,
You push back your rejected thoughts,
Thinking that they will remain lost

When I reach out to enclose your palm,
Your expression is glued to glum,
    Yet I will encourage you,
For no thought should be left alone

    No breath is wasted,
So go ahead and speak your head,
    There’s nothing wrong in sharing,
But there is wrong in keeping sealed

    Someone will lend their ears,
Go on and convey your fears,
    Nothing can be fixed,
If you are locked within your soul
