    The thing about nightmare,
    You cant run from them,
    You cant scream,
    You can try to
    Cry
    Hide and
    Run
    .....but
    Its always at your door step,
    Stalking you night after..
    Night...And right after..
    you think its gone...It becomes..
    your shadow...never ever leaving..
    All the shame and guilt comes back!
    They make you lose all hope,
    Makes you think your lost,
    Feels like...the darkness
    has taken over...and takin you
    ......forever........
