my mind is filled with lots of things,
and some that have no use,
like some lyrics for songs I used to sing,
even about my favorite juice,
I wonder what else could take up that space,
because some of my memory is just being used up,
like school, and an unfamiliar face,
and throw away all that extra trash in a cup,
but how do you throw it all away?
as I think about it, it's still in my mind,
if I try not to think about it,
then I think about it,
so if I've already thought about it,
I can't just leave it behind.
this is where it gets confusing,
how do you remove something with no physical shape?
like a memory, or a thought,
even a ghost, with a cape?
this may be one thing that you can't erase,
like something in the past,
or a mistake,
so how will I empty out my head?
maybe things from the past will just disintegrate,
or our heads can just never be filled with wastes,
now, as I'm emptying out my head,
I finally come to a conclusion,
that there's no solution,
so I just go to bed.

you may be able to get rid of some memories but the ones you really want to give up are burned there, you can never get rid of them.
just block them out. they're still there, but at least you can pretend you don't notice. - Report As Spam
