• Teachers don't know
    parents have no clue
    It happens every day
We don't know what to do

    The emos and the skaters
    the druggies and the goths
    We all get pushed around
by the preppies and the jocks

    They make us afraid
    to even be ourselves
    They call us cruel names
So we stay in our shells

We're hiding from the high school rat-race

    I wish they'd just leave
I'ts not like they even care
    what we've done to them
    I'ts only cuz we're there

    They call me a f**
    While I'm thinking trash
I can't say it out loud
It's like I'm in their grasp

    I finally graduate
    Theres no need to pout
    I can't really believe...
    can't believe I'm finally out!

    but then I look outside....s**t!
    It's just a Real World Rat-Race
