• in life there is motion
    in death there is stillness
but in all there is resonance
in the bones of the earth
    in the stars that glisten
energy sings a song for all who listen
the ode of the sea slow and pondering
the winds' serenade evervescent and wandering
the roar of fire cannot go unheard
and in the earth so old and vast
the listener must harken clear and well
the song of the land has many things to tell
    a thousand joyous shouts
    a thousand epitaphs
cries of wonder cries of wrath
to a tune all things know well
each note a tale to tell
in endless day, in darkest night
in every shadow in every light
in all things there is a song
    every onne unique each unheard
    without instrument without word
    all there to be heard
    by those who listen
