• This poem is very short, and might not make that much sense, but that's because this poem lines up with one of my stories, Wolf Stones. I will post the Wolf Stone story soon. This is kind of like a preview to the story. If you like the poem, then you will like the story.

Sapphire glints in the dark of the night,
water iced over with coldest of ice,
on the edge between darkness and light,
    Stands the wolf changing
    In the twilight

    Powers unknown,
    the savior of all,
    Not alone,
    they stand so tall.

    Wolf or human,
    they can't decide,
    The power of stone
    lights up their eyes

    The battle of elements
    against the stars,
    Life doesn't make sense,
    but it is ours.

    In one last fight,
    the darkness ends
    The power of light
    once again guides these lands.
