• we were friends since kindergarten
    I was always there for you very days you were humiliated
    the days when you where in sorrow and
    when you're stuck in your a gray days

    It's 6th grade now the first day you said It's going to be a new start
    you always gave me hope especially when I'm stuck like a dart
    you became popular you became confident and smart I thought you'd be come like them
    then you talked to me you said nothings going to change and you said you won't be like them

    now were in 1st year (7 th grade)
    I'm still by your side
    I remember you had a black smooth hair with gleaming blue eyes
    then you came in rushing in the first day of school you looked like a mice

    you sat by me
    we talked to each other
    oohhh we were a bother
    I said to myself "you're the same person I liked a lot '

    then again you became smart and of course popular
    you stopped going with me
    you hang out with which we call the the wicked witches
    I didn't know what to do I felt empty

    then a day came when I got to school I heard you and the wicked witches gossiping
    just then i knew you were looking at me,you were laughing
    guess you've changed don't know if its for good or for bad
    somehow you saw another path

    a week later I got to school this time I heard lots of screaming and laughing
    I got in I can't believe what I saw
    you were in the floor cover in spoiled milk
    knowing the wicked witches only used you

    saw you embarrassed and humiliated
    I knew what I had to do
    the only way was to help you
    I stepped in front of everybody

    i said "shame on you people, this ain't funny just look at yourselves"
    I shouted '" nobody has in the world deserves this, so I think you should all shut up"
    everybody shut up
    I offered my hands to you, you held my hands, I helped you stand up

    I got my towel and then I wiped your face
    then I knew you were back in my pace
    I told you " I'm always here by your side no matter how "
    you said " you're a real friend , I'm sorry for being a jerk"

    we were back together again
    a day came I was absent at school
    you cut classes . just to search for me
    I was at the old tree

    then you found me and said " hey it's a school day "
    I said " put a sock in it anyway"
    you replied "hey thats not nice" while you giggled
    I said " I know" while I laughed too

    then I said "hey how did you know I was here?"
    you replied " you do remember this tree right "
    I said "of course I do it's the same tree we use to play around when we were a kid "
    you said " I knew so"
    ............................

    a day came a terrible thing happened
    you got in a tragic accident
    after school I rushed to the hospital
    but then it was too late
    you're life was taken away
    I just cry and cry

    but now I'm able to move on I remembered the words you always tell me
    the ones you always tell when you saved me from my gray days
