The girl with the gray eyes
was so distant and cold,
that nobody liked her much.
If they knew the pain she was in,
Maybe they would've been nicer.
But they shunned her and killed the inside of her,
now she's just some food for the worms.
On that fateful night,
I tried to save her,
but I came too late.
Seems so cruel
for the girl to end her own fate.
People don't know that I witnessed
the suicide of the poor girl,
although I tried,
I failed at best,
At the time she really needed me.
Now I visit her every night,
crying and asking her "Why?"
If only everybody knew the pain she was in,
then maybe she wouldn't have died.
