Just another man.
That's all he was.
Becoming the villain.
Just because.
He never knew why.
Neither did we.
He had to die.
For us to see.
The terrible mistake we hid.
If only we had realized.
What we really did.
But we didn't and so we cried.
He is resting now.
We think back and ask ourselves 'How?'
Because we can.
But maybe now he can really be,
Just a simple man.
Misunderstood all his life
Innocent but outcast
Childish at heart
Happiness sprang where ever he was
Alienated by those who didn't understand
Expressive to the highest degree
Loved now and forever
Take a good look at the first word in every sentence.
Notice anything about these words?
Now ask yourselves another question:
Who are you to be the judge of someone else?

Description:
I wrote this poem for Michael Jackson. He was so misunderstood and now he's gone. I look up at the moon every night and smile, hoping he knows that someone loves him. When it rains I weep for him so he knows he is missed. I live each day with his memory forever with me so he is never forgotten.
