• Wrath and envy swell up inside
Gifting the demons we hide with freedom

They haze our thoughts, and corrupt our souls
Leaving a shell as empty and, hollow as their hearts

Our bodies become their tainted armor
We become tools to hurt those we love

They use our words as envokers
To summon the demons in others

But, when they vanish, they lie in wait
For we tend to crave their presence

We embrace the darkness, to escape
And set them free once more

Each tear we shed, they drink
and drive us to the brink of pain

Each slit of the flesh, they eat
    Dying for our own death.

They grow in power, wisdom, and strength
And force us to obey their carnal desires

    Eventually the darkness reign supreme
And the light is extingushed forever
