I can picture it
Her golden hair
Spread atop
A satin pillow,
Black
There is a hole
In her chest
Where her heart has gone,
Everyone knows
It was his prize
The jewl on his crown
As her silent
Tears of agony fall
Her blue eyes
Searching, blindly, for what
She never seems to find
Her delicate body
Contorts
In pure pain
As she continues to relive
Those fated moments
The never ending river
Of sweat
Tears
And blood
She gives
Never seems to end,
Or help
She thought he loved her so
Her heart was his only goal
Now
Every time she sees the sky
The hole heals a little
But that is just because
She knows she will live
To see another day
She was walking
In a dream
That had thin seams
Never realising
She was losing
Sight of
Herself
Friends
Family
And anything that was right in front of her
It was the way she did
The things she did
That made his decision,
In the end
Her golden hair
