I am a proud member of this bloodlust society
Where I may receive my propaganda education
I eagerly learn about the vacant majesty
Of my beloved suicide nation
Where I'm nested safely in my sickle celled community
Masochism is my vocation
Freedom has been bought by the east
Leech us dry, parasitic possesion
It's not much of a life to say the least
I'm not depressed, just in a small recession.
Here we are feeding the disease again
Hearts beat louder, faster, then silent as the grave
Enemy is the name you give to friends
The smog swallows the sun, we'll never see again
Love is the name we give to treason
Remove common sense to achieve perfection
If you have enough guns you need no reason
Approach the truth at your own discretion
The votes have been cast and we all want change
Change in what? That's the real decision
The fears are just as familiar though rearranged
We stand between beliefs avoid taking any position
Avoid the thin line between saint and sinner become estranged
Run from the world like a politician
Here we are feeding the disease again
Hearts beat louder, faster, then silent as the grave
Enemy is the name you give to friends
The smog swallows the sun, we'll never see again
