• Raising my head to the sunlight,
    seconds tick by,
my eyes unable to detect it's motion,
    a moment later,
    blackness fills my vision,
    till my sides,
    under pressure,
    collapse in pain,
    shadows of light flicker,
    beneath my eyelids,
    light regathers,
    till I'm able to compose,
    and face myself once more,
as well as turn my head,
    to the enemy,
    glaring full out,
    sending daggers toward him,
the one that caused me pain.
