I made a mistake last night
I thought everything would be alright
He said that he had a little treat
That I was the first one to hear this beat
I only wanted a little peek
I didn't think it would be my last time i'd speak
So I followed him in the dark
To my favorite little park
I knew this park very well
I didn't think it would be my hell
When we arrived, I knew it was too late
That he would soon show all his hate
I wished for those punches to end
This little body I had to defend
So that night my wish came true...
"A little girl died at age two,
If only she'd left before he arrived
Maybe then she would've surrvived.
If she was here,
She'd say lound and clear,
'Don't talk to strangers, not even when they say 'hi',
'Cause then you will have to also say goodbye'"
