I was born with the ability not to see
But yet I'm still like you
I don't need help getting around
I sense and can feel my way through

This ability doesn't bother me at all
Most things in life I don't want to see
The way I think makes everything better
It might be better to be me

Without my sight I dont judge
With everything else I express
The way I feel and want to be treated
So just ask me before you guess

My sight isn't a strength or weakness
It's part of me, I was born this way
I don't question the fact I have it
Because I live with it every day
