I am the victory in the fight
I am the soul in the song
I am the Short in the long
I am the love in the hate
I am the catch I am the bate
I am the person whom you call
I am the freedom in the fall
I am the life after the death
I am the difference from the rest
I am the cry in the laugh
I am the sadness in the wrath
I am the pain in revenge
I am the beginning I am the end
I am that which we all see
If we would look beyond the trees
I am that which we all need
To finish what we start with ease
I am that which we all look
When reading the pages of life’s book
So continue to search and perhaps you’ll find
The very meaning of my life
