One Last Time at the Lake

The leaves falling so quiet to the round. I look at the amulet and held it tight in my hand.
Hes gone I cant bring him back I say in my mind.
I look at the lake beneath my feet, as I look at it I realize I am drawn to it.

I can not explain why though.
I take one last look at the silver as is it shining bright

My hands shake and I let the amulet drop into the bottomless of the lake.

A singe tear falls from my cheek as I look up and see pink leaves on the tree. "

Goodbye brother I'll always remeber what you did for me"

the rhyme is good but you didn't use the normal line-by-line foermat used for poems,so it's difficult to tell when it rhymes or not.Everything else is quite good.4/5
